Recently we have noticed that some Chinese players have encountered problems when trying to download and start our horror escape VR game << Forbidden Art >>. Players reported that after clicking on the download button, the system shows "download complete", but in fact no files were successfully downloaded. As a result, when trying to launch the game, an error message saying that the exe file is missing appears.
We take this issue very seriously and have been actively looking for a solution.
