The Supper - Quick Fix Patch v1.01

Here's a quick patch with some fixes (thanks to Nor Treblig for the bug report):
- Fixed an issue with the camera going out of bounds when the player is on the Pirate Ship.
- Chairs in the dining room are now correctly displayed in front of the player.
- Fixed an issue with the starred background abruptly ending, in the scene with Captain McMurray.
- Fixed an issue where Main Menu wasn't working correctly from the start of the game.
