Minor Updates

~"Add special character" button has been added to the button title. First category it comes with for now are media symbols.

~Themes have been renamed to skins to better fit

~Some improvements and fixes to the GUI

~Skin designer called by F11 saving bug fixed

~Copying / replacing icon images bugs fixed, switching texture files now keeps settings
