Interface Update

The following changes have been made:
the overview now lists all overlays visibly, you can drag to change position, or drop layers in between.
you can change the theme in the overview settings.
the theme picker has gotten a filter bar
some fixes to the systray icon

note: the gallery search doesn't work right now, working on it with steam support.
