Delayed overlay/tile animations
Delays can now be set in the animation settings. This allows very specific button effects as well as more organic layer transitions.
Also, animation centers have been fixed to really originate with the element's center instead of 0/0.
Pixel exact cursor reacting
Is a new option added to button/tile's layout settings. You can use any cutout images for buttons.
You can ether hide the background and work with the icon or use theme's mouse hover/press events with different images.
Minor fixes:
Item owners links checkbox now checked by default in the upload form
