Matchmaking fixes and improvements

Hi,

The matchmaking is getting some love!
- Added backfill to matchmaking games. If a person leaves and there's more than two minutes left in the game, a person from the queue will be added to your game.
- Fixed issue where some player MMR didn't load correctly, causing them to never be considered for a match
- Fixed parties not counting MMR correctly for the queued playlist

Rebound v0.41.0

Rebound v0.41.0 is live

General
- The matchmaking system has been rewritten and uses the hidden MMR for balancing (Thank you Jimstur)
- Players can now party up with friends by inviting on the bottom right of the UI. Parties can join custom games and queue into quick play together. The matchmaking system takes parties into account by weighing higher MMR players more.
- The new leveling system has been implemented, the first 10 levels are much quicker while levels past that will require the same experience (half of what it was before). All levels have been adjusted to reflect this new system. You will receive 300 pux per level up (the 100 pux per game has been removed).

Cosmetics
-Added new jersey(s): gecko
-Added new eyes(s): lizard
-Added new mouth(s): forked
-Made aesthetic changes to the Wide-eyed, Stare, VR Goggles, Skeleton, Arrow Head, Jabby, and Tribe cosmetics
-Propeller and Umbrella cosmetics now use team primary and secondary colors (Suggested on Nolt)
-The propeller hat's propeller now has a slow spin (Suggested by MDub on Nolt)

Quality of life
-The puck indicator now shows up as white on dark ice (Suggested by Blevinsorg on Nolt)
-Added a "Press '[keybind]' for Reset" to the bottom of practice & tutorial for players who may be unaware of the feature.
-Added a indicator to the shop button that shows when the shop has a new unseen rotation
-When editing your player's 'identity' your character will automatically rotate so you can see their jersey numbers
-Made changes to the tutorial UI so it works on a wider range of resolutions
-Removed the small border from around the minimap (as suggested on Nolt)
-Main menu FPS is now limited to your monitors refresh rate (as suggested on Nolt)
-Added a 'notice' feature to alert you of potential issues on the main menu

Fixes
-Stopped player heads from getting stuck on the net
-Fixed an issue where the puck could get stuck on top of the crossbar
-Reduced frequency of random back-end disconnects (let me know if it happens)
-Fixed issues related to players getting pulled out of active games
-Fixed an issue where jersey numbers would sometimes not change while being set in the main menu
-Fixed an issue where scrolling using mousewheel in the settings wasn't consistent
-Made changes to the water bottle, reducing issues when players interact with it
-Long names on spectate player buttons no longer wrap multiple lines
-Added some missing text characters

Gameplay changes

- Stopping is now 65% stronger
this will make dekes more viable to create space both on offense and defence

- Sticks no longer lift over other sticks
That will result in less "w key mosh pits" and allow for more skill based battles for the puckLive

- Fixed issue where the puck would 'wobble' when skating with it on your stick

As always, we will be monitoring games and listening to your feedback.
These changes were introduced through feedback from several players, both old and new.

Shoutout to the GridIron players that helped reinforce that these changes are a step in the right direction.

[h2]Gameplay[/h2]
- Your head no longer collides with the boards (closing the gap between your body and the boards)
- Head collider is 5% bigger
- On faceoffs dizziness is now set to 40% to discourage players from "helicoptering" on faceoffs. This is a remote setting we can adjust on the fly if needed

[h2]Matchmaking[/h2]
- You now earn/lose MMR when playing in quick play, it is also loosely used to create matches (this will be refined later, thank you Jimstur) MMR is hidden in quick play, it's still supposed to be a casual mode but the matches should be more fair like this when more people queue.

[h2]Qualify of life[/h2]
- Quick play now only shows who's playing/queueing in the regions you have selected to give you a better idea of when you'll get a match
- You can now see the global amount of people in quick play under the world icon (region selector)

[h2]UI[/h2]
- Your level is now displayed in a circle to the left of your exp and name to give your name more breathing room (Suggested by Nightsector on Nolt)

[h2]Fixes[/h2]
- Puck will no longer make the board collision sound multiple times when it's sliding along the boards
- Fixed a main menu error related to helmets

Quality of Life
- Lobby chat no longer gets wiped when you go to other UI / play the game
- You will now receive lobby chat messages even if you didn't have the chat open
- Quick play button now says 'In queue' when you queue

- Fixed a server crash when you walk the puck into the net
- Spamming the queue button will no longer queue you twice
- Mouth item preview is now correctly discarded
- Added more/better error handling for back-end disconnects (with more debug)
- Fixed scrolling in the custom games list
- Fixed cosmetics roman helmet, arrow head and jester hat
