- Completely overhaul how Window and Desktop captures are rendered. Framerates should be noticibly better, and more consistent for both. This also has the added benefit of reducing VRAM usage, GPU usage, and CPU by a significant amount.
- Completely overhaul how the Window Toolbar works. It is now it's own floating element that moves between windows. This is more consistent with the global toolbar and easier to see from far away.
- Completely overhaul how Window Modifiers are displayed. These will now follow the new Window Toolbar.
- Completely overhaul how Overlay cursors are rendered. They are now their own elements and will have consistent scale across everything.
- Moved Delete Window button into Window Toolbar as it's bad UX to have to click to open a menu to delete a window.
- Removed bindings cheatsheet from settings window.
- Added tutorial panel to settings. This tutorial covers "The Toolbar", "Window Dragging", "Window Pushing", "Window Scaling", "Desktop Interactions", "Window Settings", and "Window Modifiers". This also has quick access to links for support.
- Added Tutorial strings to localization files. You'll need to update your localizations if you've made any.
- Polish some of the settings layout.
- Made Settings panel show up next to toolbar when summoned, and made the starting scale smaller.
- Rename Vision Clipping to Auto Hide
- Add Left Click binding to SteamVR Bindings menu

- Fix an issue where the Curved Overlays option defaulted to on visually, but it was actually off by default.
[h3]KNOWN ISSUES[/h3]
- Right click menu no longer renders in window captures again. Working on a more permanent fix for this.
