Minor fixes 12/03/2019

Now players can skip the tutorial by pressing on the appropriate button;
A box with things from the guide, at the beginning of the station, now appears immediately in the inventory, and not on the stone, next to the player;
Added ability to edit the character’s face from the main menu;
