Missing items and compensation

Unfortunately, over the weekend, on the EU1 server, many players were faced with the fact that after restarting the server they have lost ingame values. This time we were not able to quickly respond and prevent this.
We heartily apologize to you for ruining your game on the weekend.
If you are affected by this problem, please contact our techsupport https://stayout.kayako.com/en-us/conversation/new and write what are you missing.
For those of you who have already managed to contact techsupport earlier, missing items will be returned today until 17:00 CET.
All other returns will be made within two days.
In addition, in order to mitigate the loss, starting from 17:00 CET today, all EU1 server players will be given a premium for 7 days in compensation.
We will also continue to work to improve server stability, so that this does not happen in the future.
