The Weekend Update #4

TODAY'S PATCH WAS MOSTLY ALL ABOUT OPTIMIZING THE PERFORMANCE:

  • Fixed the GPU under-utilization bug
  • Slightly reduced the RAM usage
  • Optimized real-time lights rendering
  • Adjusted some mission requirements and rewards
  • Added retail values to all the strains listed on the Dope Market
  • Fixed some other minor issues reported over the weekend

The Merch Drop

TODAY'S UPDATE IS ALL ABOUT THAT MERCH:

  • Rebalanced values for all the bongs, grinders, and smokes thanks to @StoneyGamerXX
  • Merch retail values are now shown in the Dope Market
  • Added new bongs, rolling papers, and packaging kits
  • Improved shadow rendering and fixed the flickering issues

Whose Bright Idea Was This Day & Night Cycle Anyway?

TODAY'S UPDATE FEATURES ANOTHER ROUND OF VISUAL IMPROVEMENTS:

  • A fix for the black squares being rendered when close to the shop
  • The over-exposed world lighting fix
  • More Day & Night rendering settings balancing
  • A 30% shorter night cycle
  • Improved reflections inside the shop
  • Brighter lights in Level 1 & Level 2 shops
  • Customer merch pickup bug fix
  • Updated navigation meshes to hopefully prevent the customers from getting stuck like crazy

On The Lighter Side

TODAY'S UPDATE INCLUDES MOSTLY LIGHTING RELATED FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Fixed the pixelated sky rendering glitch
  • Fixed the thick fog issue
  • Adjusted ambient lighting values
  • Added some in-shop light options to the Dope Market
  • Fixed another game-breaking tutorial bug... sorry about that one ːws_peaceː

TODAY'S UPDATE FEATURES THE FOLLOWING FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Improved daytime lighting and disabled those crazy light shafts
  • Reduced the haziness/fog inside the level 1 grow room
  • Refactored the save system for faster save/load times
  • Enabled autosave on level up
  • Reduced the lag when interacting with customers or making sales
  • Improved delivery package physics so that the packages won't get kicked through the ground
  • Rebaked the navigation mesh to prevent customers from getting stuck on the bench ;)
  • Added nighttime lights all over the boardwalk
