Two-Year Anniversary + A Big Announcement!
Wow. It’s hard to believe it’s already been two whole years since Shardpunk was released. What a ride it’s been!
This was my first ever game, and seeing it out there - played and enjoyed by so many - has been incredibly rewarding. As of now, Shardpunk is sitting at a 94% positive rating, which absolutely blows my mind. Even two years later, people are still discovering it, playing it, and sending kind messages. That support means the world to me.
To everyone who bought the game, left a review, shared feedback, or just chatted with me on Steam or Discord - thank you. Seriously. The indie dev world can be rough (maybe it’s always been?), but your enthusiasm has made all the difference. It’s those little conversations, wild fan theories, and bug reports (yes, even those!) that kept me going.
Now, onto the exciting part...
I’m making a sequel!
Yep, it’s happening. It’s still early in development, but I wanted you to be the first to know. Just like with the original Shardpunk, I’ll be sharing regular updates and behind-the-scenes posts through devlogs - so stay tuned for that.
