Teams modes improvements (TDM, CFT, Point Capture)

• Teams now auto rebalance if the teams get too unfair
  
• Fixed visual bugs with your flag appearing as the enemy flag while respawning/enemy flag appearing as your flag
  
• Fixed a visual bug that could cause enemies to appear as allies the first time you spawn into a teams game
  

Better respawn screen

• Made a cleaner-looking respawning screen that now displays your enemy's Steam profile picture (if they have one) and their health
