SUPER PEOPLE has transitioned to a paid service, [/p][p]but all previous players can continue playing for free.[/p][p][/p][p]However, we’ve confirmed that some existing players who deleted the game [/p][p]were unable to find it in their Steam library and ended up repurchasing it.[/p][p][/p][p]By policy, in-game rewards are automatically granted to new purchasers. [/p][p]Unfortunately, in these cases, Steam classifies the account as an “existing user,” [/p][p]so the automatic reward was not applied.[/p][p][/p][p]If you’ve encountered this issue, please contact our Customer Support team. 📌 When submitting a CS ticket, please make sure to include the following information:[/p]

    • [p]How to check your SteamID: Open the Steam client → Click your profile icon → View My Profile → The 17-digit number at the end of the profile URL is your SteamID (e.g., 765611XXXXXXXXXXX).[/p]
  • [p]Screenshot of your Steam purchase receipt(the screenshot must clearly display the transaction number)[/p]
    • [p]How to check your receipt: Log in to the Steam client (or website) → Click your account name → Select Account Details → View purchase history → Click the relevant purchase → At the bottom, select “View receipt.”[/p]
