The "Renting" feature looks great! Instead of selling your flipped properties, select a rent price and receive a steady flow of money while renting.


The team at Frozen Way also made sure to update the base game along with this DLC release, so even if Dine Out DLC is not something you were looking forward to, maybe a couple of free new features might look worthwhile:

A good example would be the fact that now you can reset houses from your office in case something goes wrong or you simply want to repeat it. If you do so, you’ll be refunded 60% of the money spent on that house.

Secondly, I'm super glad that we're constantly getting feedback regarding the ruleset for Community Contests.

Proud of you guys! Even though sometimes it's not easy to read through all of the feedback we're getting, we can always count on you when it comes to discussing the future of the game, and the contests as well! We are so grateful for all of your support. With every major update, the content for House Flipper 2 becomes so much more diverse, and it's all thanks to your suggestions and feedback!
We're currently deep into our latest roadmap, and that means that you can expect some fresh info for the development journey of House Flipper 2 to arrive in the upcoming months! • You can now see the whole list of locked assemblies.
  
• The assembly panel is updated with arrow-key camera rotation and better gamepad support.
