Halloween updates have a special place in our hearts, we always had lots of fun doing those each year, and this one is no exception! 👻
We are so grateful for all of your support. With every major update, the content for House Flipper 2 becomes so much more diverse, and it's all thanks to your suggestions and feedback!
We're currently deep into
our latest roadmap, and that means that you can expect some fresh info for the development journey of House Flipper 2 to arrive in the upcoming months! Meanwhile, make sure to check
our feature board on Canny.io and vote for your favorite ideas! Keep in mind that this board is one of our main tools regarding planning the content for the game - your votes matter!

- New job: "My house might scare away all the little ghosts" in Old Pinnacove. (Unlocks after Cleaning up after the flood or More light, please)
- Brand new property: "Vacant Private School" in Old Pinnacove. Don’t let the creaky floors scare you off.
- Over 230 new items! (Details below. Don’t worry, no trick items here. Or are there?)
- Character customization expanded! New character models and pronoun options.
- New assembly: Candelabra – light up your nights with some spooky elegance.
- Perk "Can of All Colors" under the Paint category. You can choose any color you want!
- New Buyers tab (unlocked after buying your first house).
- New vacuumable objects added to sandbox mode.
Over 230 new items:
- 13 new windows, including a brand new gothic style
- Gothic architectural elements - ceiling panels, wall panels, mouldings and corbels!
- 4 new gothic fences
- 4 door frames and 2 doors
- Misc decorations such as...a barrel, fireplace logs, fireplaces, globes, a clock, a display case and a storage chest
- Custom color paint! Unlock the perk and paint with any color of the rainbow
- 3 kinds of stone, 1 kind of wood and 3 new patterns - also available as surface finishes and wallpaper
- Several witchy items for all your magical needs - potions, cauldrons and spoooky candy containers
- Carved pumpkins and a witch hat you can put on them
- A witch's broom and matching broom stand
- Halloween paper garlands
- A gothic living room set
- A gothic library office set
- A gothic candelabra set
- A lovely cozy patio set
- Hanging herbs
- 10 bathroom accessories for all beard-bearing people
- 6 door mats and 1 bath mat

A plethora of plants such as:
- Lenten roses
- Nandina plants in purple and red
- Cherry plum trees
- Corkscrew filbert trees
- Pine trees
- Willow trees

- Creating unpacking quests in Sandbox Mode is now easier. Buy the unpacking box and use the Hands tool to put items in and take them out!
- Building walls in concrete pouring mode now turns the finished product to concrete instead of bricks!
- Tiling walls with the same tiles will now highlight the overlap.
- You can now see the whole list of locked assemblies.
- The assembly panel is updated with arrow-key camera rotation and better gamepad support.
- The star timer for assemblies has been extended.
- You can now sit on even more benches and chairs.
- Instruments now make a sound when you press 'E'.
- You can now throw trash bags into the big commercial trash bin.
- Trespassing trees have been removed from Pinnacove Suburbs. Be free from your neighbours tree choices.
- Herbs now have an alternative dried version, just in case you're crafting potions.
- Cobweb rework – easier to spot, and they no longer mysteriously fall on their own.
- Added a sound for quest completions in rooms. You'll hear about your success!
- Resizable items now have a filter in the store.
- Added a saturation slider in settings – turn down the creepiness or crank it up!
- Settings now come with descriptions.
- Added tooltips for color names.
- New loading screen tips!
- mod.io: Added a progress bar for mod downloads & installs.
- mod.io: Filters added for browsing houses.

- Garage door stains now move along with the doors.
- Placing fences has been improved.
- Fixed the reset of the refresh rate at the game start.
- Fixed some collision issues between trash bags and players.
- Selling items by holding now correctly highlights sellable items.
[h3]Co-op:[/h3]
- Tools unlocked in multiplayer campaigns are now available in single-player campaigns too.
- Hosts can now kick clients.
- An automatic answering machine is available for all players.
- Players no longer collide with each other.
- The first version of "Floor is Lava" – players can see each other, but only your time matters at the finish line.
- Fixed model resetting in third-person view.
