- added display +1 for weapons, now player can see how much upgraded a weapon is from +0 - +10
- added safe zones for city
- added safe zones for portals, this save zones will stop Players for kill others at spawns

- Add refine level to non-en languages, some quick fix that also non EN languages will have +1 display at weapons
- changed warrior balance, the buff attack was too strong at a warrior
- Knockback doesn't lock people in place anymore (this fixes the infinite horse stun)
- some map improvements at ice map, desert and deadland
- people with negative Karma can drop items when they die now (chance of this will increase with more bad karma rank). {happy hunting bad karma players :)}
- added root of bodhi to reset karma to zero
- added fruit of bodhi to reset karma (+5000)
