Patch Notes (v2.5865)
Bug Fixes:
- The player’s in-game chat now disconnects from the voice server when disconnecting from a game server.
- The player no longer gets locked to home plate if they touch it during a walk.
- The human player is no longer teleported out of the pitcher if the ball is going to land closest to the pitcher.
- Acquiring the ball while on base in 1v1 now properly does a force out if the runner is forced to run to that base.
- Readded a missing collider to AI runners in multiplayer.
- Resolved a Bats Throwback jersey button click issue.
- Players are no longer stuck on a black screen but instead get prompted if trying to start any of the PC versions with the incorrect OpenXR Runtime configured.
- Reconnected a missing audio clip in Koshien Stadium.
- The customizer is properly locked down when account verification fails.
- AI players that manage to get outside the play area are now teleported back to their role position.
- The player’s shadow no longer disconnects from them when resetting in 1v1.
- Corrected the 2nd baseman’s field position in 1v1 Mid Stadium.
- A foultip as the 3rd strike no longer leaves the player locomotion unlocked in 1v1.
- AI runners no longer advance on a walk if there is no runner immediately behind them in 1v1.
- A human player reset as a new batter is no longer allowed to walk on an overthrow in 1v1.
- The AI outfielders in 1v1 now prioritize catching the ball over getting behind its landing position.
- Corrected the out of bounds detection in Twilight field.
- The TV now properly animates up through the table in Twilight Announcer Mode.
- The pitch is properly invalidated when leaving the assigned area as the catcher in single player.
- Reworked the lobby browser system for ease of finding active games.
- Moved the bat and mitt into the customizer and they swap with the avatar when selecting those categories.
- Batting gloves are now displayed on the customizer puppet when choosing that category.
- The customizer no longer uses a scrollbar, but instead cycles pages using arrow buttons.
- The customizer now prompts to confirm changes when backing out instead of requiring an additional click of the Apply Changes button.
- 1v1 AI logic improvements.
- Updated announcer mode profile photos.
- Improved the teleport fading effect in 1v1.
- Added the option to enable snap-turn when using single-stick smooth locomotion.
- The player is now replaced by an AI when dropping out of 1v1, allowing the other player to continue the game.
- 1v1 position selection is available.
- AI base stealing logic has been added into 1v1.
- Added an Invalid Pitch notification when a pitch is invalidated.
- New batting glove options added to the customizer.
- New face options added to the customizer.
- Added several batskin options to the customizer.
