SST v0.7.1.9 - Two GPU / Laptops startup crash fix solution [part 3]

- solution box helps to check the nVidia/AMD card is primary on systems with two GPU's
- many laptops configs affected
- safe mode (--no_vbo flag auto activation on errors)
- try to run SST twice for check if your system affected (dialog box will appear on second load)
