Easter Patch/HotFix - Shady Lewd Kart

We heard there were some interesting bugs last night with the new event so now they are all ironed out! The following was fixed.

Fixed bug with Cinnabun's intro from racers collection menu
Fixed bug with Zone-tan's cutscenes unlock not being saved and loaded properly
Fixed money window showing 600 if no item is picked
Made easter eggs light column smaller so it doesn't clog up the screen
Made dating items not be pickable on the preview, countdown and results phases
Made impossible to add dating items in preview, countdown and results phases
Updated patch notes
