Going Encirclements - Update v0.9.31
Hey rulers! This update brings a whole new type of strategic maneuvers, along with some gameplay and graphic tweaks! More on that below.
Please note: Most of the new features are available in the demo, but you can gain access to unlimited games in Warnament's closed beta for as much as $0.99! It includes a multiplayer mode, a full technology tree, 3 more political institutions, a scenario editor & a standalone map editor app.

- Added support for display by weeks in the timelapse editor
- Added encirclements (when you attack an enemy from multiple directions, you deal more damage)
- A country can now reform multiple times (previously only once per game)
- Changed the color of water (it became less green)
- Fixed bugs in the new game menu and in the events
- Fixed bugs in the World War I scenario
