It's Demilitarized - Update v0.9.4

Hey rulers, here's another update, which might (but probably won't) make your sessions a bit more peaceful!

Please note: Most of the new features are available in the demo, but you can gain access unlimited game in Warnament's closed beta for as much as $0.99! It includes multiplayer mode, full technology tree, 3 more political institutions, scenario editor & a standalone map editor app.

• Peace conference menu has a new option for demands: ideology change and demilitarized zone creation. The latter marks a territory in which it is prohibited to have troops for the next 10 turns. Moving troops there, naturally, will be regarded as treaty violation, which will impact the relationship with other involved parties in an awful way
  
• Updated Trading menu and Peace conference menu
  
• Settings window can now be opened in-game
  
• Optimized performance for scaling the map and selecting provinces
  
• Minor bug fixes
