Small patch - Alpha 0.9.7

The 'Warpopedia Update' will still take a bit more time, so here is a small patch fixing a couple of issues:

• Energy Plating should be working correctly now.
  
• It's now easier to select enemy ships when they are closer together, the selection area is no longer a rectangle!
  
• Equipment cards added to the collection, only starts counting from this patch.
