The Tempestra Update is now live, adding a new hidden system, new enemies and a new boss.

You can find the entrance to the new system in the Xintho system, but only if you already unlocked the Aylon Cruiser ship!

But be aware, the new system difficulty might be the highest of them all, so come prepared...



The new card Energized Drone offering new options for drone or boost point strategies:



Two new equipment cards:



The new system boss will be waiting for you, but don't expect an easy fight, even on 'normal' mode.



Here is a list of the changes:

• New system Tempestra, you can find the entrance somewhere in the Xintho system
  
• New enemies and a new boss are waiting for you at the Tempestra system
  
• New card 'Energized Drone'
  
• New equipment 'Boost Optimizer'
  
• More polish added, new winning animations and more station sprites
  
• New music tracks and sfx
  
• Some gameplay adjustments
  
• Several bug fixes
  

There are still some features coming soon, like environment effects and a new draft game mode.

The coming weeks will bring more bug fixes, more cards and before the end of the year there will be an even bigger content update.

The new Aylon Cruiser is now available to unlock and play.
A new mechanic and cards are also introduced:



The new Boost mechanic allows you to stack Boost points to use it later.
Boost points only last until the end of the combat or until you use them via a card mechanic.

Since there are only 4 cards using these mechanics, some changes might be coming to existing cards to allow for more mechanic interactions.

Along with small bug fixes, the Ion Storm environment effect is coming next week.

A new big content update is coming and small updates will be dropping every week until the end of the month.

First there will be a new player ship selection screen, where you can see a brief description of the ship, deck composition and base stats:



This is the abbreviated list of new content coming in the Gravitas update:

• Achlys is the 6th system you can visit, but you will need to find the hidden warp gate to get there...
  
• New ship, the Aylon Cruiser, coming next week.
  
• Environment hazards: Nebulas, Ion Storms and Asteroid Fields.
  
• New enemies, a new boss and more cards and equipment
  

Don't expect all the new content to drop this week, as the new ship will be coming later next week, and the environment effects will also drop gradually in the next 3 weeks.

The Aylon Cruiser is the 4th playable ship but you will need to do some searching before you can unlock it.



The update will also bring fixes to some known issues.

For now expect the 6th system to be available later this week and the other new content slowly coming in the next few weeks.
