Update 2.51

Update 2.51 introduces some important features. Now you can use arrow keys for precise selection movement, this can be useful for animation. Also I've added 'Click & Hold' feature to pick colors. Palette max size was incereased up to 256, so you can now import any giant palettes from Lospec.
