Gameplay
  • Introducing Caster Mode! Join a friend's squad as a permanent spectator to commentate on Races, record freestyle in Free Ride, and so much more. An online session can support up to 3 casters. Enable Caster Mode in Gameplay Settings.
  • The Spectator camera now cycles through riders based on their position in the race.
  • Added Spectator camera quick jump controls. When using a keyboard, Spectators can jump to a rider in any position by pressing the number key for that position; holding shift when pressing the number key to access positions greater than 10. Press 1 for position 1, press 0 for position 10, and press Shift+6 for position 16.
DLC
  • Owners of the 2023 Husqvarna pack DLC will also gain access to the 2024 stock graphic kit, Rockstar Husqvarna graphic kit, and Seven Vox Rockstar Husqvarna team jersey and pants.
  • Owners of the 2023 Yamaha pack DLC will also gain access to the 2024 stock graphic kit, Star Racing Yamaha graphic kit, and Thor Prime Jazz Star Racing Yamaha team jersey and pants.
  • Owners of the 2023 Yamaha pack DLC will also get the 50th Anniversary graphics and parts, 50th Anniversary Star Racing Yamaha graphic kit, and 50th Anniversary Star Racing Yamaha team jersey and pants.

Customization
  • AlpineStars Supertech Ward jersey and pants have been added to the locker and are available in Yellow, Red Berry, and Custom colors.
  • The FastHouse Flying design is now available for the Bell Moto 9S Flex helmet in Black and Custom colors.
  • A new color customizable variant of the FXR Pilot goggles are now available in the Locker.
UI
  • Overhauled the Online Player list and Squad Management menus. Increased the visibility of the player names in the lists and added icons to indicate a player's status as a Rider, Spectator, or Caster.
    Updated split time lap widget seen when crossing the finish. Split times are now more accurate during online and offline races, and splits for riders more than one lap behind the leader will now display the number of laps they are behind.
  • The game now displays PlayStation button icons when using a PlayStation controller.
    Fixes & Improvements


Physics
  • Adjusted the suspension bottom-out decompression to allow MX and ATV suspensions to absorb more impact, reduce rebound, and smooth bottom-out response.
  • Raised wreck thresholds for Front-Wheel and Rear-Wheel Landing wrecks to prevent wrecking in some landings and reduce wrecks in whoops.
  • Adjusted ATV Stiff Suspension tuning parts make hard landing wrecks and near-wrecks less likely.
  • Changed the way deformation occurs when cornering to create smoother and more natural berming.


UI
  • Fixed navigation bugs in the Players and Squad Management list menus, and fixed bugs causing players to be missing from either list.
  • Fixed a bug causing the same player to appear in the Lap Split Time List multiple times.
  • Added animations and updated the appearance of the Personal Results in the post-race menus.
  • Freeride Bests HUD is now hidden when HUD Visibility is set to Hidden.


DLC
  • Adjusted 2024 San Diego track to reduce track cutting.
    Customization
  • Improved appearance of number plate areas and reduced the appearance of outlines around the number plates.
  • Fixed placement of ProTaper Evo handlebar on Honda CRF250R.
  • Fixed missing stock KTM handlebar on 2021 KTM 250SX.
  • Adjusted color of silver WP suspension to make forks actually appear silver.
  • Made an attempted fix for some players experiencing a missing color on the Renthal Half Waffle Custom grips.


Online
  • When a player completes a lap, their lap time is now validated against server lap time.
  • Improved location and position tracking during races. This can cause a small delay to position updates in the HUD, especially when racing is tight and position changes are frequent.


Animation
  • Smoothed out transitions between animation states for some stunt animations.
  • Reduced the exaggeration of some wreck animations so that they transition more smoothly and throw the rider less awkwardly in most wreck conditions.
  • Fixed issue preventing AI Riders from standing up while racing.


Other
  • Fixed a potential crash in Time Trial when beating the best time while a ghost was active.
  • Implemented a fix for players experiencing stalled career progress after completing all secondary tutorials.

  • Frame rates exceeding 60 FPS may experience visual errors and inconsistent gameplay behaviors, especially when exceeding 120 FPS.


Online
  • Custom cameras and custom camera controls are not functional when spectating Online.

  • Added a Camera quick swap. Holding down the Camera Swap button will jump directly to the last camera used.
DLC
  • Changed existing 2023 KTM bikes to 2023/2024 year-model. Owners of the 2023 KTM pack DLC will gain access to the 2024 stock graphic kit, Red Bull KTM graphic kit, and Alpinestars Supertech Ward KTM team jersey and pants.
  • 2024 St. Louis, Foxborough, and Nashville tracks have been added for their upcoming releases in the 2024 Monster Energy Supercross pack.
Customization
  • Fly Racing Lite jerseys and pants have been added to the locker in Black, Red, Denim, and Custom colors!
  • Pro Taper Evo handlebars now have a Custom color variant available on all MX bikes.
  • WP Suspension is now available for KTM, Husky, and GasGas MX bikes.
  • Added three more Rival Ink graphic kits for 2023 OEMS. Formula (Honda), Rapid (Husqvarna), Primed (GasGas).
  • Rainbow Scorpion wheels now have a Custom color variant available on all MX bikes.

Gameplay
  • Fixed a bug which could cause AI to ignore instructions regarding maximum speed and lane position tolerance.
  • Fixed a bug preventing some vehicles from being accessible after leaving an Online playlist match.
UI
  • Combined the series overview and roster menus so all of the data for an in-progress series is visible in one place.
  • Removed the Personal Results from Results post-race menus when Spectating.
  • The Selector Highlight in event selection now extends to the width of the list pane in more menus.
  • The first vehicle is now highlighted in the Garage menu when changing the brand filter.
  • The Lap List split times displayed when completing a lap now display the correct times when riders are finishing the race.
  • The Lap List split times are now displayed when Spectating from a trackside camera.
DLC
  • Fixed time trial start position in 2024 Seattle.
  • Adjusted deformation in 2024 Arlington and Detroit to be more aligned with the track composition.
  • Fixed issue in Birmingham where a large object would occupy the northwest corner of the stadium when using a wide FOV.
  • Updated the 2024 Suzuki Team Kit so the front plate now includes the branding at the top of the plate.
Online
  • Further reduced minimum lap times permitted on leaderboards.
  • Further improved reliability of lap time tracking and validation between client and server.
Animation
  • Adjusted idle poses so that the rider's foot and ankle appear more natural and correct for motocross boots.
  • Adjusted grip position to better align with handlebars and rider hands.
  • Handlebars no longer wiggle oddly when going from an idle pose to a riding pose.
Other
  • Improved performance of terrain deformation, thus slightly improving performance game-wide.
  • Improved memory utilization slightly game-wide. Crashes should be reduced everywhere, but especially in 2024 Supercross tracks.
  • Fixed a few crashes found in crash report logs.

Gameplay
  • Removed countdown timer from Split Screen so the second player can finish the race.
  • Changed how the reset penalty to throttle is applied. The penalty is no longer applied when wrecking or when resetting manually. The penalty is now applied only after being reset for going off-track, out of bounds, or cutting corners during races.
  • Season 3 leaderboard times have been wiped due to bugs which are now resolved.
Physics
  • Raised the threshold for rear- and side-impact wrecks; the threshold for a front impact wreck is unchanged.
  • Tweaked Rider Elevation Lurching to make it easier to trigger a bunny-hop.
  • Adjusted the power of the Assists to provide more differentiation between settings; 0%, 10%, and 100% are unchanged.
UI
  • Vehicles can now be sorted by Brand in the Vehicle Selection menus.
DLC
  • Changed existing 2023 Suzuki bikes to 2023/2024 year-model. Owners of the 2023 Suzuki pack DLC will gain access to the 2024 BarX graphic kit, and 2024 Fly Racing Lite Suzuki team jersey and pants.
  • Birmingham, Indianapolis, and Seattle tracks have been dressed up for their upcoming releases.
  • Anaheim 1, Anaheim 2, Detroit, and Arlington tracks have been updated to be more like the real-world races.
  • Terrain and lighting improvements have been made on San Francisco, Glendale, Detroit, and Arlington tracks.
  • Updated Pyro Effects on all 2024 Supercross events during intro animation sequences.

  • Added new FastHouse Grindhouse gear in Twitch and Riot styles in custom colors.

Gameplay
  • Reduced camera movement in the Helmet camera when rider is performing idle animations.
  • Fixed issue allowing first laps to be logged to the Leaderboard in Exhibition races with more than 1 lap.
  • Fixed an issue which could cause some lap times to be rejected erroneously by the Leaderboard.
  • Fixed an issue causing the reset penalty to remain applied if the throttle was not released after the penalty time had elapsed.
UI
  • Increased the visibility of the mini-map at varying resolutions by increasing the border thickness.
  • Added a shadow to the menu header text to make the text more visible on bright backgrounds.
  • Fixed a bug in Split Screen play which allowed a player to pause when the other player was already paused.
  • Fixed the Post-Race Results Menu so the top results of the list are not cutoff when placing in positions lower than 1st.
  • Fixed the cut-off preview images in the Online Playlists menu.
  • Fixed the alignment of the Online menu during race events.
DLC
  • Added distance fading to 2024 Supercross Finish Gate so it doesn't block the rider's view when crossing the finish.
Online
  • Improved lap time tracking and validation between client and server.
  • Improved tracking, validation, and reconciliation of players' positions along the track.
  • Fixed missing Leaderboard results when using the Near Me filter.
  • Improved accuracy of Position and Lap information shown in the HUD when Spectating.
  • While Spectating, the standard cameras remain consistent when switching between players.
  • The Race HUD is now hidden when Spectating from a track-side camera.
  • Player name plates now phase out at a distance when Spectating from a track-side camera.
Animation
  • Adjusted the angle of grips and handlebars on most MX bikes to better align rider hands, grips, and bars.

We have pushed a small hotfix patch to address an issue reported by users, which affected the new elevation mechanic for PC players who run uncapped framerates (especially > 120fps).
