Mainline Patch - March 10, 2020
A "mainline" patch brings all of the past week's development work into the Alpha test. Players will need to exit the game in order to download the new version.
Bug reports in the Steam Discussion, via Feedback button in-game, and through Discord are incredibly helpful, thank you! Players will notice many of their reports listed as fixed in today's Patch Notes.
The team is steady turning the crank on skill tier bonuses for all classes. In this week's build the Railmaster's Train skills are ready to roll. CHOO-CHOO people! (this brings us to Dusk Mage and Railmaster fully implemented, with Forged next). Forged skill tier work was mid-change when we cut this build so many of the little robot's skills are showing tooltips for tier bonuses which aren't actually working yet. This is called "performing without a net"... this is fine...
We've also finished the process of making escape skills instant cast and interrupt. Overall the combat feel for all classes should be in a really happy place now. Please keep trying out different skill builds and telling us what's feeling right and where you find actions that still need improvement. This is making the game heaps better thanks to your feedback.
Finally, the much-maligned mouse cursor is now smaller, you monsters.
