Hello everyone! In this update, the long-awaited host transfer function has been launched. We have also updated new weapon, elite monster, occult scrolls, and gameplay. In addition, we have fixed the issue where players using Linux could not launch the game with Proton.

The new BOSS still has a lot of imperfections in terms of gameplay. We are conducting internal testing and are expected to release it in the version at the end of October. The development of new levels and new heroes requires a long development cycle. Please give us more time. We will notify you guys the specific update timeline in subsequent versions.

We will appreciate if you can give us some feedback and suggestions for this update. Hope you will enjoy the game!

  • Add host transfer function. If host exits the game, host will be transferred to another player. Players will continue the game from the beginning of this stage

  • Allow ping for [Vault], players can use the ping system to mark the entrance of the Vault

    Magazine: 24→28;

    5.Sunder:
    Increase the DMG during the split;
    No split: each projectile deals 250% damage;
    Split once: each projectile deals 200% damage;
    Split twice: each projectile deals 150% damage;
    Split three times: each projectile deals 100% damage

    Fire:
    Attack speed: 110→130;
    Increase the attack angle;
    Weapon skill:

    Number of Fu fired -1;
    Optimize the action performance when releasing the skill;
    Cancel the initial scattering of the projectile, and reduce the attack angle of the Fu

In this update, we have added new routes for some stages and fixed some bugs. The next development focus will shift to the new content, including new modes, new heroes, new stages, new weapons, new occult scrolls, etc. This will take lots of time, and the frequency of subsequent updates will be reduced. In addition, some new weapons and occult scrolls have been in internal testing period, and are expected to be included in the update at the end of this month.

Gunfire Reborn is a roguelike Borderlands that's quickly rising up the Steam charts

Gunfire Reborn can be succinctly described as a roguelike take on Borderlands. That's a great hook on its own, and it looks like the game underneath that premise is a solid one, too. It's been rocketing up the Steam charts over the past several weeks, racking up thousands of positive user reviews in Early Access.


Gunfire Reborn first launched back in May to modest success, but the player count has ballooned after an August update which added a new playable character and loads of new weapons and enemies. The game's daily player peaks previously averaged between 3,000 and 5,000. Now, those daily peaks are well above 20,000, as SteamDB shows.


Each character in the game has unique abilities alongside the procedurally-generated weapons you'll find throughout the levels. It's also fully playable in co-op for up to four players, so you can get that full Borderlands experience. It's also priced at $11.99 / £9.29 / €9.99, so it won't break the bank, either.

In this update, we have made balance adjustments to some of Qing Yan's ascensions and talents, added the feature to cancel ready before entering the next stage in the team mode, and optimized the interaction mechanism of reviving teammates.

  • Optimize Ao Bai's dual-wielding skill: Turn on/off dual wielding won't interrupt the shot

  • Balance adjustments to some of Qing Yan's ascensions and talents
  • Ascensions Adjustment:
    Fierce Wings: Weapon DMG +50%/100%/150% instead of +30%/60%/120% on next shot after a cleave

    Death mark:Increase the duration of the death mark from 2/3/5 seconds to 4/5/6 seconds

    Max cleave:the first two levels of this ascension additionally increase the number of times to restore cleave after killing enemies
    1. Level 1 Max cleave:New: Cleave will immediately restore 1 use after killing an enemy
    2. Level 2 Max cleave:New:Cleave will immediately restore 2 uses after killing an enemy
