DLC no longer required for hosting P2P sessions

[p]Hello everyone,[/p][p][/p][p]I've changed it so that the DLC is no longer required for hosting custom peer-to-peer sessions.[/p][p][/p][p]It seems that there were some people encountering issues connecting to our official servers, so having peer-to-peer sessions available as a free alternative should help alleviate those issues.[/p][p][/p][p]With this change, the price of the DLC is also going to be permanently decreased by 40%.
