Hello everyone!
After several years in development, I'm happy to announce that Lightphobe will be launching into Early Access on
February 12, 2024!
From now until the game launches, there will also be a giveaway so that anyone can grab a free copy of Lightphobe! All you have to do is:
- Download and play the Lightphobe Demo
- Achieve a rank of Expert or Master in the Arena
Achieve a rank of Proficient (or better) in the Arena
- Take a screenshot showing your score and rank (press F12)
- Submit your screenshot using one of the following methods:
- Set the screenshot to public on Steam, then post a reply in the comments
OR
- Post the screenshot on Twitter using the #lightphobe and #SteamNextFest hashtags, then follow @lightphobe on Twitter
If you've successfully completed all of the steps above, you'll receive a Private Message via Steam or a Twitter DM (depending on how you submit your screenshot) with a Steam key that gives you full access to Lightphobe. It may take up to 24 hours to receive this message.
UPDATE - February 6, 2024: The requirements for the giveaway have now been made easier. You can now unlock the full game by achieving a rank of Proficient! To help you complete this challenge, a playthrough of the Arena has been provided below. Good luck and have fun!

- The giveaway lasts until February 12, 2024 @ 10AM PST, or until Steam keys run out (whichever comes first)
- It may take up to 24 hours to receive your Steam key
- Participation in the giveaway is limited to once per person
