Version 0.731 is LIVE. Restart Steam to receive the changes immediately.

  • FIXED | Lung and Heart Map Icons will now show the amount of synapses you've plugged in.
  • FIXED | Updated Atomic Strike tutorial text prompt.
  • FIXED | Touching a hazard while actively in Rush Enzyme state would keep you permanently spinning.
  • FIXED | Skipping Dialogue (start button or L-CTRL) would cause an unintended bug where certain cutscene sequences that were not meant to be skipped, would skip automatically.
  • ADDED | scan images (some may lack a description at this time and there is now a gap in the 3rd row for now.)
  • ADDED | several missing Map images to game.

  • Adjustment: Atomic Drop collision expanded for more consistent collision detection
  • Fixed: Piper is now scannable in the Lab.
  • Fixed: Amp Lifts in Lungs bottom left room detached to their base.
  • Fixed: MegaHam helmet became unselectable after v0.729.
  • Fixed: Atomic Strike ability locked you in a permanent state after v0.729.
  • Fixed: Opening weapons wheel and submenu would lock the weapons wheel UI to stay stuck unless pressed again.
  • Fixed: When Siphon Mod is equipped, Viral Enzyme deals 0 damage.
  • Fixed: For some, the rooms behind clearance 2 gates were leading to black screens.
  • Fixed: Glob Drive BioShop description displays correctly. (...finally)


  • Added game version to pause menu
  • Added the Room ID to the pause menu. If players find a bug or want to report on a collectable icon on the map not disappearing they can provide us with the Room ID so we know which rooms to check.

  • POSSIBLE FIX | Recreated a room in the Lungs to remove persistent data that was keeping players soft locked.
  • FIXED | Boss Icons in the later areas will display if they’ve been defeated.
  • FIXED | Heart ConspiracyRooms will display correctly.
  • FIXED | Removed an issue where you could retrigger the climactic sequence when entering Bursal NPC room.
  • ADDED | DocX notifies the player of where to go for the finale.

v0.726 Patch Notes

  • Reset Animation for Electric Hazards has been added.
  • FIXED A particular helmet in the shop could be infinitely purchased.
  • FIXED Several collectable icons (?) were not disappearing when collecting them.
  • FIXED Some room transitions would take you to the wrong area.
  • FIXED Some pushable enemies would not fall off the ledge.
  • FIXED constant pinging from Bursal NPC.
  • FIXED Getting damaged by Electricity did not activate the players invulnerability state causing moments where the player could take multiple damage.
  • FIXED Liquid in the lower left area was inaccessible due to a collision hindering the player from being able to jump into the liquid.
  • FIXED Player will spawn correctly in final boss room after getting past phase 1
  • FIXED The Emergency Out tablet was appearing as a blank spot in the shop menu.

v0.7.025 Patch Notes

  • FIXED Platforms in room full of electricity in left Lungs area before Gully were inactive.
  • FIXED Boss room in bottom area was bugged with a damageable floor that was invisible.
  • FIXED For those that activated the Pancreas Train station before the first patch, the door was inaccessible. Updated the door to update its initial position.
  • Adjusted Collisions to prevent players from getting stuck inside wall the Amped Lifts.
