Guidance of some common problems
1. Flash back, prompt crash, unable to enter the game
- Update or roll back the graphics card driver, install the directx repair tool and repair;
- Turn off all antivirus software in the computer;
- Set HomeBehind2.exe as an administrator, and allow HomeBehind2.exe to communicate in the Windows firewall
- If you still cannot enter the game after trying the above methods, please send us the error information file displayed in the crash information pop-up interface (the file format is generally Crash_a string of numbers)by email: [email protected]
It may be caused by not exiting the game normally and forcibly closing the game during the game save process. Please try not to use other methods such as alt+f4 to end the game process.
If there is no response when the game exits, please wait for a period of time and the game should automatically close, do not close it forcefully.
3. Game stuck
- Do not use Steam, directly check in the game from the folder
- Try to lower the resolution or play in window mode
- Turn off all antivirus software in the computer
Most updates can take effect on the current save, and there is no need to open a new game to play the game.
At present, only the modification of professional skill data will take effect after opening a new game (you can continue the game without opening a new file, but the existing characters in the player team will use the old version of the skill data).
