Friday Progress Report 363

Sorry to delay the Fairy features a bit longer, but we feel the need to add a bit more and polish the game, this past week we had some bug fixes, added a search bar to the shops, and the commands for both fishing and building are now listed on the screen.

Also I did manage to finish some more fairy animations, unfortunately they still need to be implemented, I got a cold recently, so most of the progress this week was my brother's work.



This week we are adding are chests, they will be very simple for now, just a way to store items and diminish inventory clutter, later on there will be more advanced features like craft from chest, auto-storage, inventory size limits, bags, refrigerators and food spoilage, but most of that is for after the Fairy update.

If there are no more serious glitches after the chest basic implementation we will go back to adding fairy animations and interactions.

Changes:
Added hotkeys to the UI on certain screens, currently on the building UI and soon will be added to the fishing UI
Added a new outline effect and upgraded the ambient occlusion, can be disabled in the graphics settings
Added signs to the city to help with navigation
Added the name and amounts of items required for quests in the NPC screen

Bugfixes:
Fixed a collision issue in the library's stairs

Known Issues:
It's possible that the grass will start shining, this can be fixed by disabling the Ambient Occlusion and turning it on again
