Motion blur, tweaks, and bug fixes

[p]A minor update, since the work-in-progress course "Pipe Plunger" apparently needs more testing.[/p][p][/p][p]Motion blur is in the game. You can disable it in Options > Graphics.[/p][p]Many models have been tweaked or otherwise optimized. Some courses have, too (see: Spinswagger Speedway). Also, bug fixes, including a couple nasty ones.[/p][p][/p][p]New course soon. ...if not the pipe course, then some other course.[/p][p][/p][p]Happy Tiring![/p]
