Two* new courses, including: Pipe Plunger!

[p]In Pipe Plunger, Tire Friend will... well, plunge through pipes. They scoot and shoot him all over the place. He'll also have to avoid many, many spiky things.[/p][p]*There's another new course that's also technically in the game, but it's impossible to get to at the moment since it's meant to be unlocked much later.[/p][p]Also, pressing BACKSPACE (keyboard) or BACK (controller) on the hub world will toggle both Challenges on and off now.[/p][p]Next up: probably more usability improvements, such as with the hats dialog.[/p][p][/p][p]Happy Tiring![/p][p][/p][p]
