Build 2.7C

- Made nighttime brighter
- Fixed roads being shiny
- Increased Draw distance of roads so players are less likely to see it loading in as they drive
- Fixed smoke not going away for car fire on Money St
- Rowhome fire no longer requires the vent fan. I am in the process of re-writing the vent fan code to place it anywhere
- Re-added Water to map
- Fixed roll up door Replication
- Added Saw + Hook to engine due to multiple requests. Each truck will still have special tools in the future as I add more to the game. Example of this would be the rescues having vehicle extrication tools.

Additions

Text Chat [ Control Option is in options menu, Default key is U]

Voice Chat [Voice is in Super early stage. It currently only works on foot, and can have issues. It will be worked on through out the week.

Laying out [Park engine near hydrant, go into tool menu, Engine Ops, and select Laying out

Ground Monitors / Deck guns [ Both are accessible through engine ops. Interact with ground monitor to get menu for supply line, and operating]

RIT System [ Rit bags are located on every truck. Once a player goes down, interact with them to revive them. Otherwise they will respawn.

Ladder Pipe [ To use the ladder pipe, you can go to the rear of the truck, and interact with it, and it will give you a supply line to hook up to a discharge or hydrant]

Helmet shields are now back in game, and fully customizable in the menu

Fire through the roof [ Fire can now vent itself through the roof]

Map Expansion Part 1 of 2 for this section of the map. I will add more interiors in the coming week but it is an area that represents Baltimore City / Philly area.

Player count Increase to 10 [ There will be another new station coming soon. Currently I placed Station 4 in service, station 5 Will be coming soon.
Changes :

- Fire now has a 33 percent chance to break windows instead of former 100 percent
- Cad menu has been updated
- Doors will now play a locked sound
- Rotary saw option has been removed from menu, will bring it back soon. Chainsaw is in it's place.
- Port fire stairs have been replaced
- Networking has been greatly optimized
- Textures have been optimized, and has dropped the size of the game by around 3gb. It also uses less RAM now.
- Day lasts 10 minutes / nights is 5 Minutes. Always starts during daytime now.
- Ability to speed up / slow down time has been disabled while I fix a bug causing De-syncing. It will be added back in the coming week





Bug Fixes

- Engine sounds not going away when de-spawning truck
- Engine sounds on main menu
- hose going bonkers sometimes, and stretching

Probably a lot more, My list was deleted of fixes


Final notes : Updates will be weekly again, this update may be buggy, it was tested by staff, but there could be some bugs I either forgot about, or were not discovered. Bug fix will be live monday or tuesday with reported issues. Dev blog next weekend going over future things, including Bakons role on the Dev team, and things coming soon.
