Emergency Fix: Fixing Full Completion Bug

Hello.

There was an issue where a test file caused some users who updated the last build to find that they had completed the game entirely. This was an error from the deployment of the build. We have rolled back the build and are deploying a new one with the fixes.

If any users wish to delete the progress of the game without triggering achievements, you may delete your save files. it is important to delete the persistent save file if you want a clean start.

For those who managed to get all the achievements, we sincerely apologize for the issue happening. We cannot revoke achievements individually per account.

For those truly wanting to remove all achievements from their account, there are third-party programs that let you reset achievements. It is important to emphasize that neither us nor Valve endorse the use of those programs, as they may result in VAC bans. So please be cautious using third-party programs.

Emergencial Update: Fix for "Achievement Not Registering" Bug

Hello there, Striker here. For those who don't know me, I am the programmer responsible for the coding and development of Full Service since February 2019.

I'm publishing this post to make you are currently aware of the update that was published a bit ago. That update fixed a bug in which no achievements registered at all in the game despite clearing the conditions for unlocking them. The cause of this bug was that some of the Ren'Py libraries packaged with the game that are responsible for managing the integration with Steam got corrupted, and weren't loading properly when the game was launched. The recent update fixed that and should, therefore, make those achievements obtainable for all players.

In case you have already cleared the conditions for any achievement(s) but didn't unlock it/them it due to the bug mentioned above, said achievement(s) should be unlocked upon launching the game. If this does not happen, try clearing its conditions again, and if even then you still can't unlock them, feel free to contact us at our Zendesk so we can identify what went wrong. In fact, if you identify anything that seems to be a bug, typo or crash while you're playing the game, feel free to contact us that way. We will be fixing any reported bugs as fast as we can and we should be publishing new updates in a weekly to biweekly basis to patch them, except for potential cases in which gamebreaking bugs are found, in which case we'll be releasing an update as soon as humanly possible.

Full Service Arrives on STEAM!

It's finally happened! The game is now out of STEAM.
It took quite a bit of effort but it's finally available.
Here are some things we'd like you to know!

This is not the end for Full Service, and is in fact just the beginning. We'll be working on the following updates in the future, so please look forward to it! These are especially for those who want to experience more of the game!

  • Mac Release. While we have released a MacOS version before, STEAM has certain guidelines we must follow. So please look forward to it once we get that sorted out.
  • Android Release. This game will also be available for Android devices, but will need further testing.
  • Other Merchandise. We are planning to release a few digital merchandise through the store front, so please look forward to it!
