First off, thank you for your patience while I have been troubleshooting this bug. I believe the bug that was preventing some regions from playing past level one has been resolved.
The issue was that certain countries used commas instead of periods to note the decimal place. I have identified that the code was not able to parse any times where the timer contained a comma.
I have tested this on my machine using Germany and USA regions and it appears to be a good fix. If you have any issues, please feel free to shoot me a message or an email and I will assist.
