Unable to Download Patch after Changing Language Issue

There is currently an issue where changing the in-game language after launching the client from the Steam platform and re-launching the client causes the client to be unable to download patches normally.

If you encounter this issue, you can download the patch normally once the game language is changed properly by re-launching the client.
