- An Agreement to the Collection and Use of Personal Information will be sent to the participants who are eligible for the prize money through the Discord accounts which they used to signed up for the event
- By following the method provided through Discord, participants who are eligible for the prize money is to send in an Agreement to the Collection and Use of Personal Information by 16 August, 2020 (Sun) 23:59 UTC+9.
- If you have not received any information until 5 August, 2020 (Wed) 10:00 UTC+9, or if you have any question regarding prize money and required documents for submission, please contact [CM] Cloud in Shadow Arena official Discord or by submitting a ticket.
- Reward for making into the finals will be sent during the maintenance of August 6th, to accounts in Asia server.
- Prize cannot be given to someone else, and cannot be transferred as money or other reward of same value.
- Prize money will be given after a tax deduction following the Korean Tax Law, and you may not be eligible for the prize money if you cannot provide personal information or identification to process the tax deduction.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change/cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
