Greetings, this is Shadow Arena.
We would like to thank all the players who signed up for Oct 2020 Regional Cup (Asia). Please read on below for detailed tournament schedule and bracket for the Group Preliminaries.

■ Group Preliminaries Format and Scoring System
* The Group Preliminaries Format has been changed. Please carefully read the changes below. We apologize for the inconvenience. (Update)
① Please login to the Asia server and stand by in the main lobby before the start of the event.
② Participants who are waiting in the lobby will be invited to the room one by one.
③ The round will begin once the participants have finished entering.
④ Once the round is over, the next round will begin by repeating steps ① - ③.
⑤ There will be a total of 2 rounds, and a total of 37 players will advance based on the total combined points earned from each round.
> Top 10 from Group A and Top 9 from Groups B-D will advance.
* If you enter or are in a different menu (storage, etc.) besides the main screen, you may not receive the room invite, so please make sure to wait in the “Main Screen” menu for your invitation.
* We ask everyone for your understanding and cooperation by limiting in-game chat during the event.
① Each Group Preliminaries will have total of 2 rounds per Group and a custom room for the preliminaries will be created 10 minutes before the match start time.
* Group A Room - Name: AMatch, Password: match
* Group B Room - Name: BMatch, Password: match
* Group C Room - Name: CMatch, , Password: match
* Group D Room - Name: DMatch, Password: match
> Creating a custom room with same or similar name while a tournament is running and interfering with the tournament may face restrictions based on [Shadow Arena Terms of Service].
② One Special Ticket will be used each time you enter a Preliminaries custom room and they will be given out 30 minutes before each Group Preliminaries match.
③ Please enter the correct room based on your own Group for the Preliminaries.
④ The round will start automatically at match start time or when all the participants enter.
⑤ Top 37 players will be determined based on the sum of all points earned from each round to advance to the Finals.
> Top 10 from Group A and Top 9 from Group B~D will advance to the Finals.
* Participants will be randomly assigned to a group for the preliminaries, and there will not be changes to the group assignments after the brackets are announced.
* Used tickets will be not restored upon leaving the match room after entering. Please make sure to enter after all preparations are complete.
* After the Group Preliminaries, players will advance to the Finals by order of highest points earned per Group. The number of advancing players may change depending on the number of total participants and group organization.
* The match will start at scheduled time even when a participant or everyone in the group does not enter the room.

* If two or more players have the same amount of total points, the points of the last round will determine the final placements.
- However, if the points of the last round are tied, the final placements will be determined by the survival ranking for that round.

* You may be kicked without a warning if you enter with a Hero not listed above.

※ Additional Notices
- Each Group preliminaries will have total of 2 rounds and there may be waiting time for Group C and D depending on Group A and C’s matches. If you are in Group B and D, we recommend having extra time to continue playing on that day if the time takes longer than expected.
- The group format and event schedule may change depending on the number of participants. If any changes occur, we will provide an update through this notice.
- You may only participate in the tournament with the heroes listed in the “Heroes Eligible to Participate” section. You may be kicked without warning if you enter with a Hero that is not allowed.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change/cancel the tournament schedule, prizes, etc. depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- All matches (group preliminaries and playoffs) will be broadcasted live via our official channels, as a result, the nicknames and other details of participants may be broadcasted. Pearl Abyss reserves the right to use the video (unedited or edited) of this broadcast for promotional purposes without limitations to time or region.
