- Restriction Date: April 3, 2021 (Sat)
- Restriction Details: Permanent Ban
- Number of Restricted Violators: 1

- For measures posed according to the restriction policy, players could submit an appeal through [Support] - [Submit an inquiry]-[Report/Block]-[Appeal] in 15 days since receiving the notice.

- According to the data amount and the circumstances, the notice may be delayed due to checking the reports and the abnormal gamers. The Shadow Arena Service Team will do our best to collect the right evidence and extract abusive gamers to land a safe gaming culture.
