- Fixed an issue where damage was not applied when using Arrow Storm (E) after Twin Fairy Arrow (Q).

[Dev's Note]
As a result of the process of improving “target hit mechanics” in this week's update, an issue occurred where Arrow Storm (E) would not deal damage when used after Twin Fairy Arrow (Q). We've fixed this issue with this update, and we will make sure to immediately fix any issues that have a large impact to the game such as this one. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
