① Log in to the official website and check that you have “agreed to receive promotional emails” from us.

- After logging in, go to [My Page] - [Account Details] and check the box next to [(Optional I checked the Promotional Notification Emails (events, etc.) and I agree to the terms.].



② Players who agreed to receive promotional emails during the event period will be able to receive the following rewards.

* The event rewards will be sent as a coupon code to email addresses associated with an account that has “agreed to receive promotional emails.”

* Accounts that agreed to receive promotional emails before October 21, 2021 (Thu) @ 16:00 (UTC+9) have already been sent the coupon code by email.

* Please check your spam mailbox if you’ve agreed to receive promotional emails but did not receive the coupon code.

* If this email is in your spam folder, please click on “This is not spam.” to avoid having our emails be sent to your spam folder in the future.



③ Event rewards will be sent based on when you give your agreement to receive promotional emails.

* You cannot participate in the event more than once. Only the first time you give your agreement to receive promotional emails will be counted for the event.

* ‘You can change your “agreement to receive promotional emails” at any time. However, you will be excluded from the rewards if you do not agree to receive promotional emails from us.

- Coupon/In-game Mail Expiration Date: November 17, 2021 (Wed) 23:59 (UTC+9)
- This coupon can only be redeemed once per account. Please note that if you redeem this coupon on one server, you will no longer be able to redeem the same coupon on another server.
- Coupons can be redeemed from the in-game menu (ESC) -> [Coupons]. Once redeemed, rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox.
- Incorrectly entering the wrong coupon code 10 times in a row will prevent you from entering coupon codes for 1 hour.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- Event items may have restrictions (sale/trade) and/or different binding settings/expiration dates. Due to this reason, these items cannot be transferred or restored.
- For details such as whether the item is bound, please refer to the in-game item description.
- Items and/or rewards that were used normally cannot be recovered.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.
