■ Event Period
- November 25, 2021 (Thu), after maintenance – December 2, 2021 (Thu), before maintenance
■ How to Participate
① Play the new hero [Jousting] during the event period.
② Play one round as [Hero] Jousting in [Solo Mode] or [Trio Mode] and you’ll automatically be entered into the event!
③ Participation Reward will be rewarded to all players who participated in the event.

* Coupons acquired through the event will be available throughout December 2, (Thu) 2021 23:59.
* You can only register one coupon per account. Please note that if you've already registered the coupon on one server, it will not be available on another server.
* Go to Menu (ESC) -> [Use Coupon] to register the coupon. Acquired reward will be sent to your in-game mailbox.
* Please note that coupon validation will be locked for one hour if you enter the wrong coupon code 10 times.

■ How to Enter
① Play the new [Hero] Jousting during the event period.
② Fill out the survey and share your playing experience with [Hero] Jousting!
▶ Go to the Survey link
③ [Participation Rewards] will be sent out to all players who entered in the event and 5 players (at max.) will be selected from the participant pool to receive the [Bonus Reward].
* However, players who provide information unrelated to Shadow Arena will not be eligible to receive rewards.

* [Event Rewards] will be sent out to in-game mail within 2 weeks after the event ends.
* Players who participated in the Review Event will be entered into a draw for the [Bonus Reward]. Selected winners (maximum of 5 players) will be notified via in-game mailbox.
5 players will be selected from the participant pool, and winners will be separately notified through in-game mailbox.
* If you are a winner of the [Bonus Reward], you will also receive your [Participation Reward].
* Prizes may not be awarded if you provide the incorrect server/nickname or change your nickname after submitting the survey.
* Reward will be awarded only once even if you submit the survey multiple times.
