- Any customs duty that may occur due to delivery of prize will be covered by Pearl Abyss Co., Ltd.
- In order to deliver the prizes to the winners, a “Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement” will be sent to your in-game mailbox.
- Players who received the Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement in their in-game mailbox must submit the agreement by November 25, 2021 (Thu) at 23:59 (UTC+9). If you do not submit the agreement within the given time period, your prize will be forfeited.
- If you did not receive the agreement form in your in-game mailbox and wish to have it sent again, please contact Support by 2021년 November 25, 2021 (Thu) at 23:59 (UTC+9).
- Once your Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement submission is confirmed, prizes will be sent out in order.
