Maintenance Schedule Change Notice

First and foremost, we would like to say thank you beloved players who have always been supporting us.

With Shadow Arena currently in early access, we have proceeded in both “temporary” and "regular" updates in order to quickly and actively reflect the feedback of our players.

However, given that Shadow Arena has been early access for some time, we believe that changing the "regular maintenance" to a bi-weekly schedule was more in align with securing more time to bring more quality contents.

This decision was made to provide quality services for our players, so we hope you look forward to this change as well, and please read below to learn more about the upcoming changes.



[h2]Maintenance Schedule Changes[/h2]
1. The “regular maintenance” will be performed every 2 weeks on Wednesday.
- Please note that the maintenance period is subject to change. If changes are made, we’ll inform you of the changes through notices.
- The Website and Support Center maintenance period may change according on the update.
- Rewards during the non-maintenance week will be not be sent during the week with “regular maintenance”. However, please note that the same reward will be sent out during an urgent maintenance.
- This week’s maintenance will be performed on February 9 (Wed) and the following maintenance will be on February 23 (Wed) in accordance to the changes. Check the [notice] for more details.


2. The end period for Beta Season 8 and some events will change.
- Beta Season 8 and the end period for some events will change due to the change of the “regular maintenance” schedule. Please read below for more details.
