4. How long does Pearl Abyss retain the information and how is it deleted?

2) Reasons for separating and preserving personal information of long-term inactive accounts

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and corresponding enforcement decree in the Republic of Korea, accounts that have not logged into the official website for 12 consecutive months will be converted to inactive accounts. The company will acknowledge relevant users 30 days before taking the action that his/her personal data will be eliminated or separately stored.

* If you do not agree to the changes made to the Privacy Policy, you may apply for 'account deletion' or demur through [Customer Support]. Please note that deleting your account means all your game data, including characters, items, etc., will be erased and any deleted game data cannot be restored.
