※ Please be advised that players were been omitted from the participant selection if they did not join the Shadow Arena official Discord or if the incorrect social media information was provided while registering for the tournament. ※ All information related to the tournament will be provided through the official Participant Discord. The link to the channel has been sent to the social media account provided during registration. Please be sure to join the server for further information.

[Tournament] *If it is determined that the same user participated in the tournament with more than one account, the user will be disqualified, tournament results will be nullified, and prizes will be withdrawn.
-A total of 4 rounds will be held and they will last for approximately 2 hours so please make sure that you have enough time to participate in the tournament.
-If you do not participate in the tournament without any particular reason, you may be barred from participating in future tournaments.
If you are unable to participate in the tournament, please notify us of your intention to not attend through the [Participant Discord Channel].
*The participants competing the tournament will be confirmed on the [Participant Discord Channel] on November 17 (Wed) at 17:00 (UTC +9) on the day of the tournament.
If you do not join the Participant Discord channel or do not respond to the CM's messages after the participants have been announced, it will be considered that your willingness to compete in the tournament is withdrawn and your spot will be removed from the participant pool. Please be advised that participants are responsible for any disadvantages that may emerge as a result of not confirming their attendance in the tournament.


[Prizes]
-If the monetary worth of the prize exceeds 50,000 KRW, a customs duty will be levied in accordance with Republic of Korea tax legislation.
Personal information will be collected in order to process the customs duty, and if you do not submit personal information or a copy of proof of identity, your prize will be forfeited.
-Event prizes are subject to change without any prior notice to goods of equal and/or similar value.
-Your rewards may not be transferred to others, and your prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise of the same value.
