SA Server and NA Server Merge Notice

Greetings, this is Shadow Arena


One of our most important goals is to deliver satisfactory service to our players, all the while finding ways to make Shadow Arena a more fun and enjoyable experience for everyone. And although there are many ways to make the game more fun, one of the most critical is to keep the game’s action intense and thrilling with PvP combat.


Therefore, in order to keep the combat and action intense, and to improve the quality of matchmaking, a decision has been made to merge the current South America server with the North America server.


If you have been playing on either the NA or SA server, you will be able to continue playing on the merged server with your current account. If you have accounts on both servers, certain information from each server will be combined into a single account which you will be able to use on the merged server.


We hope that the battles become more dynamic and intense as players from both regions meet together. Check below for details regarding the upcoming merge.


■ Server Merge
- Schedule: During the Thursday, November 19th, 2020 maintenance
- Servers to be merged: SA server, NA server
- Accounts to be transferred: All accounts created on the SA and NA servers prior to the November 19th, 2020 maintenance.

* The date of the server merge is subject to change. Any changes in schedule will be noted on this notice.


■ Merge Method



- Accounts on the SA server will be merged into the NA server.



1) If you only have an NA account:

- After the server merge, you will be able to play with the exact same account you currently have on the NA server.



2) If you only have an SA account:

- After the server merge, you will be able to play with your SA account on the merged server.

- However, your ranking and tier information will be reset, and all Clan information will be deleted.

- In the case that your nickname already exists on the merged server, you will be given a temporary nickname and a “Name Change Coupon” will be sent to your in-game mail.



3) If you have both an SA and NA account:

- With your NA account serving as the basis, select information from your SA account will be added to your NA account.

> After the server merge, your pre-merge NA server nickname will be kept.

> More details on how the data of your two accounts will be merged will be released in a separate “FAQ on SA and NA Server Merge” notice.
