== Important notice ==
After many users playtest and reviews, the memory leak frame rate drop issue is fixed, which makes us very happy, we will still keep a look at the stuff we can improve and address them and keep polishing that beast that slaps hard.
In this patch, we added a new window size, now Everhood has 3 windows size available for your to swap by pressing F3, those are :
  1. Small
  2. Medium
  3. Full Screen

Other things patched:
  • Fix Checkpoint not behaving correctly sometimes
  • Reconciliation battle is now back being translated
  • Mushroom door does not speak when interacting while it is open
  • Proofreading
  • Updated credits
  • Fixed a hole in incinerator
  • More invisible walls placed in mushroom forest to avoid player bugging out

== Important notice ==
"ml" stands for "Memory leak" this is our second patch for this issue, we detected some components were not cleaning themselves after every battle reload causing the FPS to drop after a while (after 2-3 hours on the same battle), those are now fixed.
Please, play it and let us know how it goes, from our internal test the fps remain 60 even after 1.3 hours of gameplay in the same battle, but we want to hear your guy's thoughts and experience, together we will fix it.

  • Adjusted pipe art in Prof Orange's Lab
  • Trashcan expert has 2 less health in Expert
  • Green Fire adjusted in Prof Orange's Lab
  • Reworked death counter UI element in Tunnel-Cart-Battle

== Important notice ==
If your game save is corrupt, it will now not appear in the main game instead of breaking entirely the main menu.
To avoid your save becoming corrupt, don’t close the game while the game is saving.
Some memory leak issues have been addressed but still in progress for further optimizations, feel free to reach us if you find any leaks!

Other things patched:
  • A lot of proofreading.
  • Disabled movement when talking to midnight town door.
  • New incinerator part 2 background as previous background had poor performance on a few computers.
  • Credits updated.
  • Added delay to interaction inputs when scene load to avoid any weird interaction while the scene is not finished loading.
  • Added missing translated sentences.
  • Fixed NG+ flag was very inconsistent.
  • Optimized topdown songs and sound memory sizes.
  • Removed more visual stuff when Photosensivity ON
  • Fixed setting difficulty selector doesn’t work well with Insane difficulty
  • Fixed Last projectiles of Purple Mage battle were not jumpable
  • Fixed some topdown walls collision, I challenge you to go out of the map
  • Now the game doesn’t break if the game save is corrupt

We made some significant additions for the latest update:

- If you fail getting the emerald from the Light Being they will appear in the cinema room in Cart Carnival (They don't always appear thou, this is intended!)
- It should now be easier to perform Jump Rolls in Custom Battle Editor Battles as there was a slight input difference between two versions on some computers.
- Even more proofreading.
- Some topdown songs didn't unload themself even when not needed, 64 MB runtime memory saved
- Fonts fixed, which saves another 56 MB of runtime memory.
- Disabled console logs, which now makes the game faster.
- We switched places on the note found in the flowershop chest and the one in the gold pig's temple

(edit because we forgot:
- Purple Mage Battle has been made easier. Less health on Purple Mage, less time revert, less healing.
- Options settings should now save when turning off/on game)

Proofreading for English and Japanese

We're happy to see that so many of you have enjoyed our game! At the beginning, we were a little worried if Everhood might be too crazy and not be accepted. But now it is popular and you guys are the best! Thanks a lot!

After the game's release, we received a lot of feedback about proofreading and localization. We have taken this very seriously much and updated a lot of the English and the Japanese text in the game, so please try playing with the latest version!

We hope you enjoy the new script! We'll keep working hard on it, so please continue to give us your feedback!

We will be updating the script for the fan-translations in the upcoming days but it shouldn't destroy any of the current progress .
